Goods rented will only be released upon confirmation of endorsement of the lease to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement.
The lessee must carefully inspect the items for damages/faults before acceptance and count them to match our system's records. Upon return, our team will verify the count and check for damages. The lessee is liable for missing items and damages identified during inspection.
The lessee is required to make full payment of the rent at the counter for the goods/items for the intended rental period to receive the items. The rental charge is calculated based on a minimum 24-hour period.
If the lessee does not wish to extend the rental period at the end of the initial rental period, they must return the products to avoid additional rental charges.
In the case of an early return of leased goods/items, the lessee will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement of the original rent.
The lessee is fully responsible for any damages to the leased goods/items until they are returned. Compensation for damages will be negotiated between the lessor and lessee. In cases where items are lost or damaged beyond repair, the lessee must pay the cost price. Please refer to our front desk for the price list.
Items must be returned washed, cleaned, and in wiped condition. Metal items should be cleaned and thoroughly oiled with appropriate lubricant.
Shady Cabin Rentals reserves the right to take legal action against any lessee who violates any clause of this contract.
