What documents are required for renting?
Valid National Identity Card must be submitted at our front desk for administrative purpose for customer data base.

Once you make a online booking we will contact you for confirmation, no advanced payment will be collected for bookings and are required to be paid on collection of items from our store either by cash or bank transfer.

What is the minimum period for renting ?
We do not have any minimum booking time/period, you may book as short as number of days you desire, however we charge products on a daily basis (for every 24 hrs) , there is no late fee or fines , products will be charged accordingly to number of days. Any product exceeding 1-2 hours will not be charged as an extra day as a courtesy to our clients.

How do I make Payments?
Cash or Online transfers are accepted, either in MVR or US$.
Do you take Security Deposits?
Most products we do not take any deposits except for hardware machinery and tools, kindly inquire from our front desk member for those hardware items fully refundable security deposit list.

Do you Deliver?
Clients are required to visit our store to inspect the products before it's dispatched and collect the items, however we do delivery services for bulk orders only.

What requirement is there while returning the items?
Once products are returned our team member will inspect them for any obvious damage or condition of the product, and do a quick count of the items and inform to front desk to for retuning the items, all fabric items are required to be washed and ironed, however if you return them unwashed, no worries we will do laundry for you, kindly check with our front counter for laundry chargers.
Any damaged item beyond use will be required to settle cost price of the product, any minor damages will be charged one on one case basis depending on the severity of the damage.
Kindly ensure from the front desk if the items bought back are to return status from the software.

Do you release items to expat work permit holders?
A local with a National Identity Card is required to be in person to our front desk to complete formalities, then we could release any items to pick up by any person.

Do you rent items out of Male'?
In principle we do not have any issues where the products taken, any local with a valid National ID card can rent out any items regardless where it is going to be used.
Do you have any other store beside Male'?
We have only 1 store in Male', how ever we have numerous godowns in Male' & Hulhu Male' where most of our products are available. Online Booking makes it easy for pick up if you check availability and do the booking, we will make sure it is kept available for you to pick up on the required date.
